This is a rare opportunity for one of our valued APTA members to travel by air to South Africa at half price.

 

We have a situation in the San Diego Protravel office whereby in order to preserve a group rate with SAA, one more ticket needs to be purchased, and we are doing so.  Essentially, a seat is being bought with no passenger in the seat. 

 

In an attempt to recoup as much of the cost of the ticket as possible, we are putting this out on an auction basis. It is a PERFECT opportunity for one of you who are hoping to get to Africa to finally do it!!!!

 

The value of the ticket is $1705.50 including current tax and fuel surcharge from IAD on SAA with extremely reasonable add-on's with UA (example: SAN add-on only $35!). We are opening the bid at $853.00. 

 

Requirements:

 

Travel is to commence on 20 AUG.  It is a through fare to VFA, but does not have to be.  It is also common rated with CPT.  In other words, you can fly to JNB, VFA or CPT.

Return date can be any date you choose.

 

Ticket deadline is June 28

PAYMENT IS BY CHECK ONLY

Must have copy of passport to issue ticket

NO REFUNDS, NO CHANGES ALLOWED.

Travel to/from IAD (many gateways are available)
